Located at the heart of the historic town, our Glastonbury practice offers a friendly, personal service with an emphasis on patient centred care. Patients receive a thorough eye examination with plenty of time and attention in the dispensing area. The practice is spacious and well equipped with good sized rooms for testing, dispensing and contact lens help and advice.
Our stock includes a wide selection of frames for all ages and budgets (including some designer and sports frames). We also sell a variety of sunglasses and a good range of accessories. Choosing frames can sometimes be a difficult decision, especially for patients who struggle to see clearly without their own glasses on! We are therefore happy to give advice on frame choice to match your prescription, as well as a style to suit your requirements. There is a computerised facility in the dispensing area to help you in making your choice.
Our Optometrist, David Hatcher, graduated from Cardiff University with a BSc (Hons) Degree in Optometry, and also picked up several academic prizes during the course. He undertakes continuous training by attending courses and seminars.
Ruth Hughes has been dispensing glasses since 2004 and is a trainee Dispensing Optician. Jenny Pike and Margaret Smith our receptionists are a vital part of our team. They will be your first point of contact and will be more than glad to assist you with your enquiries. |
