Established by the current owner’s Uncle in 1938, Robert has expanded the group from its Twickenham origins to the West Country.

Many of our optometrists are partners in the practice within which they work. We are very much a local group of like minded professionals who wish to base their career on the traditional caring side of the profession.

Care ~ Our commitment to our patients is to provide excellent eye care encompassing all aspects of the profession. We are equally at home carrying out important general, as well as ocular, health screening duties, as we are prescribing and dispensing contact lenses and spectacles. However complex your prescription we are known for "going that extra mile". We are also happy to advise on refractive surgery, liaising with the selected clinic concerned to help assure you of the very best results.

Quality ~ Quality of service and care is only part of our equation. Equally important is the quality of the products we supply. These are all carefully vetted and selected by us to ensure the best quality products available are there for you.

Value ~ Good quality doesn't necessarily mean expensive. We pride ourselves on the competitive nature of our prices and whilst you are welcome to spend as much as you like we also have quality products at prices that you may find pleasantly surprising--truly catering for everyone.
